ABOUT OUR PROCESS

QUALITY MATERIALS

We use certified C110 99.9%

pure Revere brand copper on

our stills, heavy gauge .040"

and .032" and thicker NOT

roofing copper. We also use

304 or 316 food grade

Stainless Steel.

DESIGN / LAYOUT

We use CAD to design, layout

and prototype our components

as well as CNC machines to

ensure fitment and consistency.

BUILDING / ASSEMBLY

We TIG weld boiler bottoms,

Sides and Seams and all other

areas it is practical. All other

components are silver bearing soldered. WE ALWAYS USE
LEAD FREE COMPONENTS

We TIG weld stainless and

elctroclean and passivate.

We then pressure and leak test

all components and units to

ensure quality and

performance.

QUALITY CONTROL

CLEANING / SHIPPING

We clean with food grade

cleaners and final rinse with

water before packing and

shipping.
